Sureka Capital is the investment platform of the Sureka family — rooted in a multi-generational legacy of entrepreneurship and responsible capital stewardship. Built to think long-term, act decisively, and grow consciously, Sureka Capital is not just a family office — it's a bridge between values and value creation.
Prateek Sureka
Prateek is a technologist, investor, and operator with a diverse career spanning deep tech, real estate, manufacturing, and capital markets. He leads the investments across India and the US, with interests ranging from electric vehicles and SaaS to real estate.
He also serves as Director at Hartex, a green tyre and tube manufacturer with a global presence, and previously led the Sureka Group's real estate arm overseeing over 5 million sq. ft. of development. A deep tech founder at heart, Prateek holds a US patent in neural databases and began his career at Appian Corp. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (Engineering & Wharton) and is a member of YPO and EO.

Varun Sureka
Varun is a Director at Hartex Rubber Pvt. Ltd, where he plays a pivotal role in steering the company's strategic direction and operations. He began his career as an M&A investment banker, working across various industries, which provided him with a solid foundation in financial analysis and strategic planning.
Varun is an alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania, where he cultivated his analytical and leadership skills, preparing him for the multifaceted challenges of the business world.
He speaks fluent French and Spanish in addition to Hindi and English.
